The commissioned model/artwork may be used for streaming activities and social media as avatar as long as credit is given to the artist.
The commissioned model/artwork may NOT be used for mass-production of merchandise intended for sale, non fungible tokens or AI.❗ I have little experience with drawing male characters.

By paying the invoice the client has read and accepted the terms of service.I have the right to decline your commission.Payment
⯁Prices are in EURO (€) unless stated otherwise.
⯁Prices are subject to change.
⯁Payments are made through PayPal Invoice or Stripe Invoice.
⯁I require a minimum of 50% of the payment upfront before sketching phase.
⯁Remaining 50% of the payment to be paid before coloring phase.
⯁Payment is only accepted when I am to start the commission.

⯁Personal commissions may not be used for commercial work such as mass-production of merchandise intended for sale.
⯁I ask you to clearly credit me for the work I have provided.
⯁I have the right to use the commission for the purpose of promoting my own work such as showcasing in my portfolio.
⯁The client accepting my T.O.S. is hereby agreeing to not use the commissioned work for purposes such as NFT or AI. Any reselling is also not permitted to those who have intentions of using NFT or AI.Workflow
⯁During the commission I ask for both parties to respond to inquiries within 72 hours to ensure proper workflow.
⯁My goal is to complete the commission within 4 weeks after receiving first payment and no later than 8 weeks.
⯁I will provide the commissioner with updates on progress such as sketch, lining, coloring to be approved.
⯁Revisions are possible if they are reasonable and necessary.
⯁Any issues with commissioned Live2D art found by the rigger will be fixed free of charge.
